Let the Transformation Commence!

Weight loss :- It has been a while that i have been seriously thinking in this front, but never have I been able to make a commendable progress. I have infact tried all the modes possible/available that could make things work for me:( Kung Fu, Cycling, Badmindton, Yoga, Gym, Aerobics, Walking, Dieting etc to name and everything that would help me emaciate, unfortunately nothing had worked out for me...

But not anymore, i am not bragging about it, but indeed i have stumbled upon this or found this new way to reduce :)

So I can positively say that "The transformation has commenced".

I would not let the secret's out untill the results are positive and mind boggling!

But to my fellow human's :) I am sure i have friends!! here are a few hints that can help you:-

1> Drink lots of water - min of say 1 gallon/day
2> Start writing down what you eat.(this helps you in bringing about an awareness about what you eat, dont bother if its more or mainly composed of junk foods - just write 'em all)
3> Do Simple things like using the stairs, keeping things around you clean, knocking of those clothes lying around, arranging your books and stuff. Basically anything which would make you active while realxing.
4> Walk for a while(say ten mins briskly) after lunch.

These are some things which would definately bring in some change.

One more important thing that has to be done is check your weight now and maintain a record of what you weigh on a weekly basis as "What can't be measured can't be changed".
